Denver, CO., July 27, 2021 – Sachi Greene, SVP of Operations for STS Technical Services (STS), was recently named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 40-under-40 list for 2021.
As one of the youngest members of STS’ executive team, Greene has spent the past eighteen months leading a company-wide effort to increase the organization’s use of technology and automation; a need driven by the COVID-19 pandemic and the team’s decision to shift to a fully-remote workforce.
“The pandemic has made this year extremely challenging, so to be be recognized by SIA for the work that I have been doing is an amazing feeling,” states Greene. “But this honor isn’t mine alone. My team is the primary reason I’m here today. In fact, over the past year and a half, my team and I have implemented a variety of workflow automations and improvements that allow our workforce to maximize its efficiency, regardless of where our people login from,” says Greene.
“While the setbacks we experienced as a company due to the global pandemic were challenging, emerging from the downturn and into one of the tightest labor markets we have ever seen has made it even more important that our organization continues to be creative in its approach,” sites Greene. “Making sure that STS Technical Services is poised to execute on both its internal hiring needs and external client priorities right now is crucial to our company’s long-term success.
