Onyx

Onyx is a blend of chopped carbon fiber reinfoced with Nylon. Onyx provides a superior finish that is both heat and chemical resistant.

Nylon

Carbon Fiber

Kevlar

Fiberglass

HSHT Fiberglass

HSHT means High Strength and High Temperature. Using this material yeilds an extremely impact resistant product that is unphased by heat.

Tool Steel (H13, A2)

Tool steel is known for its versatility and often used to create a wide-variety of cold-work tools; things like forming and cutting equipment as well as high-wear parts.

Pure Copper

Pure copper conducts heat and electricity far better than traditional metals. Markforged Copper possesses better conductivity characteristics than alloyed copper.

Inconel (IN) 625

Inconel’s strength combined with its impressive heat resistance makes it ideal for heat and pressure shielding applications.

Castable Wax Resin

Castable Wax Resin accurately captures intricate features and offers the smooth surfaces stereolithography 3D printing is known for.

Clear Resin

Clear Resin is great for fluidics and mold making, optics, lighting, and any parts requiring translucency.

High-Temp Resin

High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins.

Elastic Resin

Our softest Engineering Resin, this 50A Shore durometer material is suitable for prototyping parts normally produced with silicone.

Flexible Resin

Flexible is excellent for simulating soft-touch materials and adding ergonomic features.

Tough Resin

Tough Resin balances strength and compliance, making it the ideal choice for prototyping strong, functional parts and assemblies.
